Customer Reviews for Comenity Bank (4)

Rated 1.00 stars out of 5 - based on 4 reviews
  • This bank sucks. I have 2 accounts, 1 closed 1 open. Make a payment to open account and they put it on closed account. Called 3 times to get it straight and they don't care. Just call me wanting money to again put on closed account. Can't move money to open account but will refund my money. Try to charge me a late fee and want more money. Not sending any more money or paying late fees until they get their heads on straight.

  • Same issue: customer service rep couldn’t answer nor resolve my issue and there’s never a manager available.

  • Cannot get a customer service representative that understands my situation or my questions.

  • Website does not answer my question as to community Banks in Florida
